Salary: £99,532 - £131,964 per annum
A university hospital based in Northwest London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Haematologist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a leading healthcare institution renowned for its commitment to patient care, research, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Consultant Haematologist, you will provide expert clinical care for patients with haematological conditions and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. You will supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees, engage in clinical research, and contribute to the department’s academic activities. Additionally, you will participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours cover as required, and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• MRCP/MBBS or equivalent.
• Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists or equivalent.
• Full registration (and a license to practice) with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) within 6 months of interview.
