Rate: £34 - £39 per hour
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 8a Lead Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the medicines management agenda within our care settings, providing a comprehensive clinical service for both adult and children & young people’s inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
You will support the medicines management agenda within Havens Hospices Care settings. You will provide a comprehensive clinical service for both adult and children & young people’s inpatient services. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications:
- GPhC Registered.
- MPharm plus 1 year pre-registration training.
- Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy.
- Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Demonstrated experience of multi-disciplinary working.
- Independent Prescriber.
- Postgraduate management qualification.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
- Experience in data analysis or a related field.
