We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Barts NHS Trust. This role is based in London and involves working within our inpatient and virtual wards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and recovery are managed effectively and compassionately.

What will your responsibilities be:

As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients within the inpatient and virtual ward settings. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and function. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and will be expected to maintain accurate patient records and documentation. You will provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and recovery.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist or equivalent
  • Experience in inpatient and virtual ward settings
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
