Rate: £24 - £34 
Working hours: Monday – Friday 

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Band 6 and 7 Physiotherapists to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This hospital-based role involves covering elderly care and acute admissions, with opportunities to work in our Emergency Department. What will your responsibilities be:

As a Band 6 or 7 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for a combination of assessments, acute rehabilitation, and discharge planning. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists, covering one acute assessment unit, three elderly care wards, and the Emergency Department. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive care. You will also support cross-covering and caseload management, adapting to the complex needs of our patient population.

Qualifications and Experiences: 

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in elderly care, acute admissions, and emergency department settings
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the relevant areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
