Location: Smethwick, Birmingham  

Salary: £53,755 - £60,504 a year 

Employment: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time options) 

Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your clinical career? We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join a new state of the hospital based in West Birmingham.

Role overview: 

As an ACP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients across various settings. You will contribute to the development of services, mentor junior staff and enhance clinical practice through evidence-based approaches. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients 
  • Develop and implement effective treatment and management plans 
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes 
  • Supervise and support junior colleagues and trainees 
  • Contribute to service development and clinical governance. 

Requirements: 

  • NMC registered nurse 
  • A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice 
  • Clinical experience in acute or primary care settings 
  • Strong decision-making, leadership and problem-solving skills
