Job Title: Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Banding: Band 7
Location: Bexley, Kent
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with potential for contract extension
Rate: £28-32 per hour
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our esteemed client in Bexley. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy to patients. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and effectiveness of treatment plans, which are critical for patient communication and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. You will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in speech and language therapy.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
