Rate: £30-£32 per hour
Working hours: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Speech and Language Therapy Lead to join our esteemed client in Teddington. This role requires working in a dynamic clinical environment, where you will be responsible for leading and delivering a comprehensive range of speech and language therapy services. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and effectiveness of therapy interventions, which are critical for improving patient communication and swallowing functions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement personalised therapy plans, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will also collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care and provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in speech and language therapy.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
