Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Paediatric Early Years Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive team in South East London. This role focuses on working with early years children, supporting their speech, language, and communication development across a range of clinic settings in Greenwich.

This is a part-time opportunity offering flexibility across weekdays (Monday to Friday), making it ideal for therapists seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to make a meaningful impact in early intervention services.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and support young children with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Deliver early intervention and evidence-based therapy tailored to individual developmental needs.
  • Work across multiple clinic sites within Greenwich.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to support children’s progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.
  • Contribute to care planning and review meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience working within paediatric or early years settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.
