Working Hours: Monday to Sunday clinics, 08:00–18:00 (flexible rota)
Job Overview
Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Audiologist to join an NHS service in Scunthorpe, supporting a varied and dynamic caseload across hospital and community settings. This role offers exposure to a wide range of audiology services, including virtual ENT clinics, direct referrals, and hearing aid services. The successful candidate will work across multiple sites, delivering high-quality audiological care and supporting patients throughout their hearing care pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver audiology services including first fittings, reassessments, and hearing aid repairs.
- Support virtual ENT clinics and direct referral pathways.
- Conduct audiological assessments and manage patient treatment plans.
- Utilise clinical systems including Auditbase, Otosuite, and Target.
- Work flexibly across hospital and GP centre locations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Previous NHS audiology experience.
- Competence in hearing aid fitting, reassessment, and repairs.
- Experience using systems such as Auditbase, Otosuite, and Target (desirable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
