About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with our leadership team and other hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of our R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Operation roles and how they fit into the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the organization
- Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs of each function
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
- Help to maintain a high bar for talent, ensuring all candidates align with Ramp’s culture and business objectives
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from first interaction to offer close
What You’ll Need
- 0-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Proven ability to partner with leadership, advise on hiring strategy, and build scalable recruiting processes
- Obsession with candidate experience while also driving efficiency in your processes
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
