About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with our leadership team and other hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of our R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Operation roles and how they fit into the organization
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the organization
  • Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs of each function
  • Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
  • Help to maintain a high bar for talent, ensuring all candidates align with Ramp’s culture and business objectives
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from first interaction to offer close

What You’ll Need

  • 0-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership, advise on hiring strategy, and build scalable recruiting processes
  • Obsession with candidate experience while also driving efficiency in your processes
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills

Compensation

$65,000 - $100,000 USD
