Demand Generation Lead (Paid Ads)

About the Role
Pump.co is on the lookout for a Demand Generation Lead to drive our business forward. This role is your chance to shape our growth story and be a vital part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that includes both organic and paid marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Create and manage demand generation budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing team to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation goals.
- Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize leads and develop nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Growth Marketing Lead or in a similar role. Familiarity with tech or cloud services is a plus.
- Craft engaging content and campaigns that capture attention.
- Use insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
- Be ready to adjust strategies based on evolving market trends and user feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and other departments to ensure our brand message is consistent

Compensation
$80,000 - $130,000 USD
