Partnerships Manager

About the Role

As a Partnerships manager, you'll be a key player in helping our company grow. Your role involves building relationships and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference. It's a chance to be part of a fast-growing team and contribute to both our product and company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market presence for Pump.co.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from identification and negotiation to ongoing relationship management and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership initiatives with company goals and ensure successful implementation.
  • Achieve partnership revenue targets and KPIs, while continuously identifying new market opportunities through partner collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, representing Pump.co at industry events and providing regular performance report

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry
  • Experience developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth
  • Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.
  • This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change, and tech is always evolving.
  • Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering, product, and others to ensure customers are happy.
  • Familiarity with industrial pumps, pump systems, or related equipment preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership and revenue goals
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform partnership strategies and measure success
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with partners

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 USD
