Channel Partnership Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to lead and grow our strategic alliances across cloud platforms, financial services, and venture-backed ecosystems. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through Azure partnerships, building trusted relationships with venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, and developing strong alliances in the banking and fintech sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of channel and partnership development, understands the unique dynamics of cloud ecosystems, and can navigate both enterprise financial institutions and startup/VC networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand the strategic partnership with Microsoft Azure and its go-to-market ecosystem.
- Build and manage relationships with venture capital firms, supporting their portfolio companies through co-marketing, co-selling, and partnership enablement.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, fintechs, and financial services providers to accelerate adoption and joint solutions.
- Negotiate and manage strategic agreements, incentives, and marketplace listings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
- Manage and optimize co-sell pipelines, MDF programs, and partner-influenced revenue reporting.
- Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment and success.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development in cloud, SaaS, or fintech.
- Proven success in building Azure partnerships and leveraging hyperscaler go-to-market programs.
- Strong network within VC/PE firms and experience creating partnerships that benefit portfolio companies.
- Understanding of banking, financial services, or fintech ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
- Strong ability to operate cross-functionally and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, Solutions Architect).
- Experience with partner marketplaces, co-sell programs, and MDF management.
- Background in high-growth, venture-backed startups or scaling SaaS companies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation
$110,000 - $160,000 USD
