We’re looking for a Manager to lead our strategic ABM Center of Excellence (CoE)—a key role driving integrated, data-powered campaigns that grow pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen customer relationships. This person will own the ABM strategy and execution of scalable ABM initiatives across our top Select, Enterprise, and Commercial accounts, in close partnership with global campaigns, sales, field marketing, and product teams. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Design & Scale ABM Campaigns: Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that generate net new pipeline and expand existing customer value. Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale.
- ABM as a Growth Engine: Use ABM as a foundational campaign strategy across customer segments—fueling pipeline, accelerating open opportunities, and aligning to GTM priorities.
- Sales Alignment & Outbound Strategy: Partner with sales leadership and enablement to launch strategic outbound initiatives such as weekly call blitzes (e.g., Pipe Gen Fridays), co-develop sales playbooks, and deliver campaign-aligned messaging that resonates with key personas.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define KPIs, track performance, and partner with analytics to measure campaign impact on revenue and pipeline. Leverage insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- Creative Storytelling & Personalization: Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling, persona-based messaging and storytelling across digital, gifting, and event channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with integrated campaigns, product marketing, IMM, field marketing, and sales to deliver seamless customer journeys and campaign consistency.
- Experiential Marketing: Partner with field marketing to design bespoke experiences for top deals and accounts, elevating in-market activation with high-value personalization and 1:1 moments.
- ABM Resource Hub: Build and maintain a self-serve, always-on ABM Center of Excellence—centralizing best practices, templates, tools, and guides to empower marketers and sellers globally.
- Innovation & Testing: Stay ahead of ABX trends, embrace experimentation, and bring new ideas to life that push the boundaries of how we connect with target accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- ABM Expertise: Deep knowledge of account-based strategies and integrated marketing execution. Familiarity with platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, Salesforce, and attribution models.
- Campaign Leadership: 4+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or people, with a growth mindset and passion for developing others.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big, simplify complexity, and influence stakeholders—from individual sellers to marketing and sales executives.
- Sales-Centric Mentality: Strong empathy for sellers. You know how to create marketing that fuels outbound and earns sales adoption.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Comfortable in creative brainstorms and performance dashboards alike. You marry storytelling with data to drive decision-making.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from any Pure Storage office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $104,000-$224,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
