The Integrated Operations Team at Pure Storage drives profitable revenue growth & enhances productivity through best in class business partnerships, scalable innovation, process excellence, and maniacal execution. Reporting directly to the VP, Sales Operations within the Integrated Operations (IOPS) Team, this position will be focused on representing and driving requirements for Pure Storage's Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Group (DTG) and IT on major systems initiatives, with a primary focus on our CPQ solution.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Represent Pure’s GTM Teams in partnership with DTG/IT (Digital Transformation Group) and cross functional project teams on major systems initiatives including implementation of our next generation CPQ solution.
- Document and optimize key CPQ processes depicting current and future state processes for each persona and each process in partnership with our global process owners.
- Champion change while orchestrating requirements gathering, sprint prioritization, user validation, and user testing.
- Partner with Field Sales Operations and Enablement on rollouts and releases.
- Capture field feedback and continue to build on CPQ strategy by streamlining processes, approvals and workflows to accelerate quote cycle time
- Partner with GTM Sales Architect and DTG to inform the functional and technical roadmap as well as incorporate organizational recommendations into the overall roadmap
- Audit CPQ initiatives to ensure adherence to industry best practices and other compliance items.
- Shape seller experience through analytics, “ride alongs”, and voice of seller sessions. Surface pain points and introduce solutions leveraging AI and digital adoption technologies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role
- Sales background preferred, must have experience designing, implementing and enhancing CPQ
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environment
- Demonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finish
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $205,000-$328,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
