Security Operations and SaaS Security Analyst

Lehi, Utah; Santa Clara, California

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Operating in a hybrid Security Operations and SaaS Security environment, you are a technical and analytical engineer who thrives on implementing secure solutions, automating the boring stuff, and evolving operations in step with today’s threat landscape.

You bring structure and reliability to security operations by managing a modern stack of tools, ensuring SLA-driven service support, and proactively enhancing enterprise SaaS security posture. Your hands-on experience in cloud security, scripting, and compliance frameworks enables you to drive strategic improvements across infrastructure, tooling, and business-facing platforms.

You enjoy engaging with multiple teams—from architects and developers to security operations and IT stakeholders to SaaS application owners —to build and maintain secure-by-design environments. You’re comfortable translating business needs into security outcomes, and you take pride in helping your organization stay ahead of emerging risks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are a Security Operations Engineer / SaaS Security Analyst responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing secure technology solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

In this role, you support a diverse security toolset (e.g., EDR, web content filtering, certificate issuer, domain registrar, SaaS security posture management, etc. ), support incident response, and monitor SaaS environments. Your responsibilities include operating security systems, assessing third-party risks, collaborating on compliance initiatives. You’ll support day-to-day operations, support security events, and contribute to improvements that make our workflows more effective.

You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization—from IT to application owners—to support security best practices and help resolve issues as they arise. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your technical skills, work with modern security technologies, and contribute to projects that improve our security posture over time.

This is a hands-on role where curiosity, teamwork, and attention to detail are just as important as technical knowledge. If you're interested in a role that blends security engineering and SaaS analysis, this is a great opportunity to build experience and make an impact.

  • Security Ticket Queue Ownership: Prioritize and resolve service and escalation tickets with SLA accountability.
  • Tool Integration & Automation: Script automations and integrate tools to streamline workflows using Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Security Strategy Collaboration: Partner with architects, developers, and the SOC to align on infrastructure security, emerging risks, and tool performance.
  • Drive Performance Testing: Conduct stress tests of tooling to ensure robustness without impeding innovation or daily operations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or infrastructure security roles.
  • Strong background in IT systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proven experience operating security operations technology stack toolings.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
