Partner Experience Growth Manager
We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and action-oriented Partner Experience Growth professional to drive the digital transformation of our partner ecosystem. In this high-impact, individual contributor role, you will lead initiatives that elevate digital engagement and increase adoption of our partner-facing tools. You will be responsible for designing structured feedback loops, developing training with our Partner Enablement team, and working directly with our field teams to grow tool usage. This is a critical opportunity to shape the tools and processes that enable Pure’s global partner ecosystem and help define our digital-first engagement strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Partner Tool Adoption & Engagement: Lead structured partner feedback loops to gather insights and translate them into actionable improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver content, campaigns, and release communications that drive tool engagement and adoption across our partner base.
- Support Digital Commerce Enablement: Play a key role in the rollout of a new partner-led digital commerce motion by coordinating cross-functional input, contributing to process definition, and supporting the onboarding of initial partners at scale.
- Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with our Digital Experience (DX) team and other GTM stakeholders to ensure tools and content align with business needs. You will own the delivery of clear documentation and implementation steps to keep initiatives moving forward.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in GTM & Digital Adoption: Proven ability to drive engagement and adoption across external user groups, such as partners and customers, with a background in partner programs, GTM enablement, digital experience, or platform adoption.
- Action-Oriented Mindset: A self-starter with a bias for action who takes full ownership of their work and actively looks for ways to create impact without being asked. You thrive in ambiguity and seek clarity, not permission.
- Influence & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. You are skilled at developing enablement content, campaigns, and other partner-facing assets.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with digital platforms like Salesforce, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
