Own and drive both global performance measurement of Pure’s real estate portfolio and regional site strategy & lease execution across the Americas, helping deliver a world-class portfolio that supports innovation, connection, and efficiency worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Performance Measurement & Systems Leadership
- Serve as the global owner of real estate reporting and systems, enabling accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights.
- Report to The Global Head of REWSS & partner with FInance, HR & the other Regional Directors across EMEA and APJ to define KPIs, performance dashboards, and tracking frameworks aligned with global strategy.
- Build & Lead executive & functional level reviews and processes to assess footprint efficiency, lease health, space utilization, and cost trends.
- Continuously improve reporting workflows, rent roll automation, and dashboard usability in collaboration with systems/IT partners.
- Act as the central coordination point for global portfolio Data & Market Analytics, surfacing risks, trends, and optimization opportunities to leadership.
Americas Regional Execution – US, Canada, LATAM
- Directly manage the Americas real estate lease agreements, including lease strategy, negotiations, renewals, and building strong broker relationships.
- Drive real-time marketanalyses and execution of real estate strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites in the region.
- Ensure timely execution of broker contracts, renewals closed >6 months out, and support site expansions/consolidations as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, and business unit leaders to align site plans with business strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, with both strategic and operational exposure.
- Proven track record managing lease negotiations, broker relationships, and multi-site portfolios in the Americas.
- Deep knowledge of real estate data systems, KPI development, and performance reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Tango, Archibus, Serraview).
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, lease management processes & systems, and long-range portfolio planning & financial benchmarking..
- Experience working in global matrixed organizations, with comfort navigating ambiguity and building process from scratch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$187,000 - $299,000 USD
