RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead with Influence: Act as Pure’s senior-most REWSS leader across EMEA (CZ, DE, FR, Nordics, UAE, Africa, etc.), building trusted partnerships with executives and site leaders to align regional workplace strategies with global vision.
- Drive Real Estate Strategy: Own lease negotiations, renewals, and broker partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to secure favorable terms and market intelligence.
- Deliver Workplace Experience: Ensure high-quality facilities operations, space planning, and programs that prioritize safety, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
- Execute Capital Projects: Oversee design and delivery of EMEA capital projects that reflect Pure’s culture, meet budget/schedule goals, and transition seamlessly to long-term operations.
- Steward Financial Performance: Define and track KPIs, manage forecasting and budgets, and provide actionable insights on space efficiency, cost optimization, and portfolio health.
- Foster Regional Consistency: Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless lease and site strategy execution.
- Collaborate Globally: Align with HQ and global REWSS peers to maintain consistent policies and standards while tailoring strategies to local markets.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Surface risks for the EMEA region, trends, and opportunities with analytics and dashboards to guide leadership choices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 10+ years experience in corporate real estate or workplace leadership, with strategic and operational scope across EMEA.
- Proven track record managing lease negotiations, broker relationships, and multi-country portfolios.
- Experience leading facilities operations, space planning, and capital projects.
- Financial expertise with experience in KPI definition, forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio analytics.
- Knowledge of real estate systems, reporting tools, and space management platforms (e.g., Archibus, Serraview, Tableau).
- Understanding of EMEA real estate markets, workplace trends, and cultural nuances.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at all levels in global matrixed organizations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
