This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will be the architectural force behind the data-driven insights that steer our Finance and Revenue organizations. You will bridge the gap between complex raw data and executive strategy, partnering directly with leadership to transform global AR, Credit, and Collections metrics into actionable business decisions. This role is a high-impact opportunity to own the reporting ecosystem for a global tech leader, ensuring our financial health is visible, predictable, and scalable during periods of rapid innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and automate high-performing dashboards using Tableau, Snowflake, and NetSuite to provide real-time visibility into global cash flow, collections performance, and revenue trends for executive leadership.
- Architect standardized KPI frameworks across regions, ensuring consistent measurement of portfolio health and operational efficiency while eliminating manual reporting bottlenecks.
- Drive data-led storytelling for executive decision-making by synthesizing complex financial datasets into high-impact presentations for the CFO and CAO, directly influencing strategic decisions.
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual close reports and requirements. Support forecasting reports, pipeline reports/projections, ad-hoc reports.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering to enhance data models and governance, ensuring the integrity of our financial "source of truth" across Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal data warehouses.
- Spearhead process transformation through AI and analytics, identifying opportunities to automate reconciliations and compliance monitoring to accelerate our month-end close and audit cycles.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Data Visualization & Systems Proficiency: You have strong experience with tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel, with a proven ability to extract and manipulate data from ERP/CRM environments like NetSuite and Salesforce to build sophisticated reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Financial & Operational Acumen: You possess a strong understanding of Credit, AR, and Revenue operations, allowing you to translate technical data points into meaningful business insights regarding risk, cash application, and SaaS metrics.
- Analytical Storytelling: You excel at presenting complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, using data to influence cross-functional partners and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Operational Rigor: You have a track record of maintaining high standards for data integrity and version control in a fast-paced, global environment where accuracy is key for compliance and audit requirements.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
