THE ROLE
As a core champion within Everpure’s Talent Acquisition team, Corporate Recruiters drive our high-growth momentum by connecting exceptional talent with impactful career opportunities across critical business functions across G&A, such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT and Operations. In this high-impact position, you will act as a vital strategic bridge, collaborating directly with business stakeholders and hiring managers to shape our internal teams from initial engagement to successful offer closure. By pairing process expertise with a relationship-first approach, your mission is to elevate the candidate experience and directly fuel the cross-functional infrastructure powering the Everpure Platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycles: Guide candidates and internal hiring managers through a seamless, consultative talent acquisition journey from initial role intake through to dynamic offer negotiation and successful closure.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers across Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Operations to establish efficient interview panels, lead strategic decision huddles, and ensure alignment on organizational talent needs.
- Cultivate an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Champion professional, transparent, and timely communications at every touchpoint, ensuring all active and passive candidates feel deeply valued and connected to the Everpure value proposition.
- Execute High-Growth Sourcing Strategies: Design and deploy creative sourcing tactics to identify and engage competitive, diverse pipelines of specialized talent, effectively managing priority shifts and volume changes to meet critical headcount goals.
- Drive Data-Backed Process Improvements: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment funnel health metrics using data platforms (such as Greenhouse and Gem) to proactively pivot strategies, optimize interview pipelines, and share market insights with internal stakeholders.
- Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Core Recruitment Capabilities: Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, modern interviewing methodologies, and the ability to rapidly master technical and business role requirements.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Proven success in building trusted, professional relationships with business stakeholders, alongside the capability to influence, guide, and collaborate with internal hiring managers and cross-functional teams like Total Rewards and HR Business Partners.
- Resilient Problem-Solving & Curiosity: A natural inclination to dive deep into researching talent markets, tracking skill-set trends, and utilizing creative avenues to locate and engage elusive or passive candidates in a highly competitive landscape.
- Dynamic Communication & Execution: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to write stand-out candidate outreach, balanced with the rigid organizational skills required to manage multiple deadlines and high volume in a fast-paced environment.
