THE ROLE
As the Operational Resilience Specialist at Everpure, you will help drive the day-to-day operations that keep the Operational Resilience program effective, scalable, and audit-ready. This role is focused on supporting Operational Resilience Program Managers by coordinating core program activities, maintaining accurate records and reporting, improving processes, and helping ensure resilience work is executed consistently across the company. You will serve as a key operational partner across resilience planning, documentation, exercises, corrective actions, tooling, and metrics—promoting operational excellence, strong follow-through, and continuous improvement across the program.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Program Operations & Enablement: Support Operational Resilience Program Managers in running core program activities, including coordinating deliverables, maintaining plans and trackers, managing recurring routines, and helping ensure program milestones stay on track.
Documentation & Process Excellence: Maintain and improve resilience documentation, templates, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and records to ensure the program operates with consistency, quality, and audit readiness.
Metrics, Reporting & Governance: Track program KPIs, status updates, risks, issues, and corrective actions. Prepare clear dashboards, summaries, and reports that help leadership and stakeholders understand progress, gaps, and priorities.
Assessment & Planning Support: Coordinate inputs for business impact assessments, technical impact assessments, disaster recovery documentation, and related resilience planning activities. Help ensure information is complete, current, and actionable.
Exercise & Continuous Improvement Support: Organize and support tabletop exercises, simulations, and other preparedness activities. Capture actions, lessons learned, and follow-up items, and help drive them through closure.
Tooling & Data Management: Support administration and day-to-day use of resilience and GRC tools, ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and an organized source of truth for the program.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with IT, Engineering, Security, Product, and business stakeholders to gather information, follow up on dependencies, remove blockers, and promote timely execution of resilience program objectives.
Operational Excellence & Program Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tracking, strengthen accountability, and enhance how the resilience program operates at scale.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience in program operations, business operations, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, GRC, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain high-quality documentation, and drive follow-through across teams.
Experience with metrics, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, including the ability to turn operational data into clear status reporting and actionable insights.
Comfort supporting structured programs with recurring processes, governance routines, issue tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting or administering program tools such as Riskonnect, Fusion, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow / resilience / GRC platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with resilience, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, FFIEC, or similar standards is preferred.
Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, templates, runbooks, and audit-ready documentation is preferred.
A process-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
