As a key member of our Hardware Development Team, you will drive the design and validation of complex power delivery systems for next-generation enterprise storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external JDM partners to ensure high-performance, reliable voltage regulation and power distribution across our PCBA and system architectures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced power distribution networks for enterprise-grade storage systems.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from initial design and simulation to hardware validation, root-cause failure analysis, and sustaining engineering.
- Design high-efficiency voltage regulators tailored for x86 CPUs and high-performance networking ASICs.
- Conduct rigorous PI/PDN simulations using industry-standard tools to optimize motherboard and system-level power delivery.
- Select and qualify critical VR components, including controllers, MOSFETs, inductors, and capacitors, ensuring long-term reliability.
- Perform failure and root cause analysis activities in support of system hardening efforts and customer escalations.
- Partner with Operations and Support teams to resolve complex customer escalations through deep technical hardening efforts.
- Help develop processes and best practices to help create a culture of quality by design.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of professional experience in power integrity and hardware design for enterprise-scale systems.
- Proven expertise in qualifying voltage regulator circuits and optimizing Power Delivery Networks (PDN).
- Experience designing and qualifying voltage regulator circuits
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as Ansys SI-wave, HyperLynx PI, or similar environments.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technical development environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$180,000 - $270,000 USD
