THE ROLE

The International Tax Manager is a key member of Everpure’s Tax department, responsible for managing foreign tax compliance and transfer pricing to achieve the company’s global tax objectives in a compliant and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and an effective communicator with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments. In this role, you will collaborate across global teams and report directly to the Senior International Tax Manager based in Dublin, Ireland.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the EMEA and broader foreign tax compliance process for 30+ non-U.S. entities' returns and estimates

  • Review local statutory financial statements for foreign entities, focusing on current and deferred tax provisions

  • Assist with quarterly US GAAP tax reporting for international entities

  • Review of inter-company transactions and inter-company agreements

  • Review of transfer pricing documentation, CbC Reporting, Pillar II and other local transfer pricing documentation requirements and adhering to new OECD guidance

  • Support the yearly Tax department budgeting and monthly fee accruals

  • Support with foreign withholding tax matters such as research, WHT preparation of tax treaty benefits documentation and invoice review

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and annual tax accounts

  • Assist with internal and external tax audit queries for international returns, including compiling and preparing responses for the tax authorities

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automations in international tax operations

  • Support tax planning initiatives and research emerging international tax issues and developments

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and detailed tax workpapers for all open tax years

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, AR, Payroll, Revenue and Legal

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Qualified CTA and/or ACA with at least 6+ years of relevant International Tax experience in Big 4 and/or multinational corporations within the IT industry

  • Hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly & annual foreign tax compliance with a working knowledge of international tax matters

  • Experience in transfer pricing for US multinational technology companies

  • Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

  • Advanced Excel required, with experience in NetSuite, SAP, and AI applications a plus

  • Strong project management, analytical and multitasking skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
