THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to partner closely with Country and District Managers across the METCA region. The role will provide dedicated operational support, business insight, and execution capacity to help sales leaders run their businesses effectively and improve seller productivity. Working as part of the EMEA Sales Operations organisation, the Ops partner will support forecasting, pipeline management, performance analysis, business reviews, planning, and operational execution. The role reports to the EMEA Sales Operations Director and will work closely with the METCA and EMEA leadership team and Regional Sales Operations Business Partner to translate regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.
The role will create operating leverage through:
- District partnership: Providing Country and District Managers with the analysis, insight, and execution support required to improve sales performance.
- Operating cadence: Supporting forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, KPI reporting, and the follow-through needed to keep priorities on track.
- Performance insight: Identifying trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, conversion, linearity, productivity, and territory performance.
- Execution and follow-through: Operationalising agreed GTM priorities, coordinating actions, and helping remove recurring friction for sellers and managers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with sales leaders: Work closely with Country and District Managers to provide operational analysis, insight, and execution support across their businesses.

Support weekly forecasting: Prepare and inspect forecasts and pipeline, highlighting material movements, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.

Coordinate business reviews: Prepare district reviews, including KPI analysis, performance commentary, action capture, and follow-up.

Analyse performance: Assess pipeline coverage, conversion, linearity, seller productivity, territory, and account performance to identify gaps and opportunities.

Support planning: Contribute to annual and in-year GTM planning through territory, account, capacity, and quota analysis, working within agreed regional governance.

Operationalise decisions & Programmes: Coordinate the implementation and adoption of agreed GTM, organisational, and process changes with Regional Sales Operations and cross-functional teams.

Strengthen data discipline: Maintain high standards of CRM and forecasting hygiene, identify data-quality and process issues, and work with sales teams to resolve them.

Drive follow-through: Track actions, dependencies, and performance interventions arising from forecast calls, business reviews, and planning discussions.

Improve processes and alignment: Recommend practical improvements that reduce operational friction, and partner with Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Planning, and Corporate Operations to support execution.

Support account and deal execution: Coordinate account-planning, win/loss, and big-deal review cadences, providing analysis and tracking agreed actions through to completion.

Identify leading indicators: Monitor performance trends and leading indicators across pipeline, productivity, and execution, highlighting gaps and supporting agreed improvement initiatives.

Drive adoption and field feedback: Support adoption of new processes and tools, gather structured feedback from the field, and work with Regional Sales Operations to recommend practical improvements.

Coordinate cross-functional execution: Partner with Channel Operations, SE Operations, Renewals Operations, Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Planning, and other relevant teams to align priorities, coordinate dependencies, and ensure consistent execution across the district.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, business analytics, or a related role, ideally within a multinational technology company. -
Sales leadership partnership: Experience working with sales managers and senior commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced sales organisation. -
Sales operations knowledge: Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota processes, sales planning, and performance management. -
Analytical capability: Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations. -
Tools and systems: Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, forecasting tools such as Clari, and BI or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. -
Execution discipline: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, and maintain consistent follow-through with limited supervision. -
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and present evidence-based observations to senior stakeholders. -
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience. -
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring solutions to complex situations
