Principal Business Development Manager, Strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences Partnerships

Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; Santa Clara, California

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Drive Everpure’s Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) strategy into repeatable, high-impact partner execution as the Business Development Lead. In this cross-functional operational role, you will build and govern the operating rhythm for strategic HLS partners, transforming strategy into joint go-to-market motions, field activation, and measurable pipeline growth. You will partner directly with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Solution Architects to translate vertical priorities into clear accountability and execution across internal and external teams. If you excel at driving momentum, navigating complex ecosystems, and aligning stakeholders without direct authority, this role offers the platform to make a direct impact on our GTM strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build & Execute Strategic Partner Plans: Establish joint business plans for priority healthcare and life sciences partners—defining objectives, target audiences, milestones, and success metrics to convert solution strategies into actionable field motions.
  • Coordinate Joint Go-To-Market Motions: Align sales, solution leads, and partner account teams around joint account targeting, executive engagement, and pipeline generation initiatives to ensure seamless execution across priority segments.
  • Activate Programs & Enablement: Build reusable activation kits, playbooks, and training materials that simplify HLS use cases, while driving customer webinars, event participation, and campaign retrospectives to accelerate field adoption.
  • Establish Operating Rigor & Visibility: Define and track key performance indicators (sourced/influenced pipeline, partner engagement, and campaign performance) and deliver executive visibility through regular cadence reporting and quarterly business reviews.
  • Optimize Partner Ecosystem Operations: Identify friction within the partner operating model, conduct post-campaign retrospectives, and scale high-performing partner motions across the HLS ecosystem.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Go-To-Market & Partner Program Mastery: Proven capability in business development, partner programs, channel operations, or cross-functional program leadership within the enterprise technology sector.
  • Healthcare & Life Sciences Domain Acumen: Practical familiarity with the data, regulatory, compliance, and workflow considerations that drive decision-making across healthcare providers, payers, biotech, and pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Operational Leadership & Program Governance: Strong discipline in planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation, paired with the ability to build scalable operating cadences and track metrics that inform strategic choices.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Expertise in leading through influence, building trusted relationships across product, sales, and partner leadership, and converting complex strategy into clear action plans.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
