THE ROLE 

Drive web experience strategy and program execution to optimize enterprise buyer engagement and conversion across Everpure.com. You will solve complex digital journey challenges, leveraging data and customer insights to shape roadmaps and align cross-functional marketing teams. You will turn business goals into scalable web experiences through collaborative program leadership and independent strategic judgment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive Web Strategy & Experience Roadmaps: Define and execute priority website experience roadmaps that align business goals, audience intent, SEO/AEO/GEO signals, and behavioral analytics into cohesive requirements.
  • Lead Personalization & Growth Experimentation: Build and prioritize a data-backed experimentation backlog using web personalization to tailor messaging, CTAs, and content paths for high-intent enterprise audiences.
  • Execute Cross-Channel Acquisition Partnerships: Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, UX, Content, and Publishing teams to connect paid and organic acquisition campaigns with high-converting web journeys.
  • Manage Web Program Delivery & Operations: Direct end-to-end web production, translating approved UX designs into detailed requirements, QA checks, and launch plans while upholding global standards for accessibility, privacy, and localization.
  • Leverage MarTech & AI Solutions: Utilize web analytics platforms and generative AI tools to accelerate research, journey mapping, audience segmentation, and team productivity.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara or Raleigh office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Enterprise Web Strategy Expertise: Demonstrated track record in enterprise web strategy, digital marketing, or web operations, with hands-on skill in solving complex customer journey issues and driving measurable performance outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Proven ability to build alignment and influence cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Demand, UX, SEO, Analytics, and Web Development to deliver unified web priorities.
  • Data, MarTech & Generative AI Fluency: Proficiency with web analytics, behavioral insights, and experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Adobe Target, Salesforce) combined with practical application of modern generative AI tools.
  • Clear Strategic Communication & Execution: Skilled at translating complex data inputs and technical requirements into actionable recommendations, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining momentum in fast-paced environments.

Salary range for Raleigh: $122,000.00-$183,000.00

Salary range for Santa Clara: $153,000.00-$230,000.00

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$153,000 - $230,000 USD
