Sustainability Reporting Manager

Santa Clara, California

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the Sustainability Reporting Manager at Everpure, you will spearhead our annual enterprise-level Impact Report and elevate our global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure strategy. Operating at the forefront of sustainable tech, you will partner cross-functionally across Legal, ESG Controllership, Supply Chain, HR, and Product teams to transform complex sustainability initiatives and data into transparent, high-impact reporting narratives. Your work directly shapes how global stakeholders, investors, and rating agencies evaluate the sustainability leadership and corporate impact of Everpure. If you thrive on solving complex disclosure challenges and driving industry-leading transparency in a high-growth tech environment, this role provides the platform to make a lasting mark.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive End-to-End Impact Reporting: Manage the lifecycle of the annual enterprise Impact Report from concept to publication, establishing rigorous project timelines, coordinating cross-functional content inputs and reviews, ensuring a consistent tone and voice, and driving executive signoff processes.
  • Ensure Disclosure Compliance & Governance: Partner with Legal and ESG Controllership to align reporting with global regulatory and voluntary frameworks (e.g. CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD), maintaining high data integrity, robust controls, and audit-ready documentation processes.
  • Optimize ESG Data & Reporting Processes: Conduct benchmarking and gap analyses to drive disclosure gaps, and continuously streamline data collection workflows, reduce reporting-cycle friction, and leverage modern reporting tools or AI technologies to enhance disclosure efficiency.
  • Amplify Brand & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Brand Marketing to design a visually compelling report, fact sheet and sustainability web site, and partner with Global Communications to oversee an integrated communication plan that heightens the sustainability profile of Everpure globally.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Expertise in leading complex enterprise-level ESG, CSR, or sustainability disclosures end-to-end within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent narrative development, data visualization, and written communication skills to articulate technical product and environmental metrics into clear, decision-useful disclosures for external and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with or basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate disclosure benchmarking, information collection, content reviews, and overall reporting productivity.
  • Strong working knowledge of global reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ESG data management platforms.
  • Proven capability to independently navigate ambiguity, lead cross-functional alignment across diverse business teams, and establish structured project governance without direct authority.
  • Passionate about making an impact and driving long term value creation through world-class sustainability disclosures.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara HQ office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
