This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Everpure is building the Enterprise Data Cloud—data unified, governed, and understood as one intelligent system, and the foundation enterprises build AI on. As Everpure continues to scale its global commercial reach, streamlining and optimizing our go-to-market operations is critical to our growth.

The Lead-to-Order Process Architect serves as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Channel, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise Applications. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process strategy and architecture for Everpure’s Lead-to-Order (L2O) value stream. You will transform complex business requirements into seamless, automated, and scalable operational workflows—ensuring our GTM teams can move fast, sell efficiently, and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and partners.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that combines strategic process design, technical ecosystem understanding, and operational rigor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own End-to-End L2O Architecture: Define, map, and optimize the global Lead-to-Order process landscape—covering lead capture, qualification, opportunity management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), deal desk, approval governance, and order orchestration.

  • Bridge Business Strategy & Technology: Translate executive sales and business strategy into actionable, scalable, and automated process requirements and system roadmaps.

  • Drive Process Modernization & Automation: Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual handoffs across the GTM ecosystem; design automated, API-first solutions that improve velocity and data integrity.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP), Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure process alignment across the entire quote-to-fulfillment lifecycle.

  • Govern Standards & Data Integrity: Establish process governance, lifecycle documentation, and operational metrics to maintain data cleanliness, compliance, and auditing across systems.

  • Lead Change & Adoption: Serve as the change agent for business process transformations—authoring process documentation, guiding enablement teams, and ensuring sustainable adoption across global field organizations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years in business process architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior business systems consulting, specifically focused on the Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash value stream.

  • Deep Functional Expertise: Comprehensive command of GTM processes, including lead lifecycle management, pipeline management, CPQ, discount governance, contract management, and order handoff dynamics.

  • Platform & Ecosystem Fluency: Proven experience designing processes around enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ (or similar enterprise CPQ tools), and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

  • Consultative & Discovery Approach: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional discovery workshops, unpack complex business problems, and synthesize conflicting stakeholder needs into unified roadmaps.

  • Commercial & Operational Acumen: Clear understanding of subscription models, hardware/software consumption economics, channel/partner co-selling workflows, and multi-entity global operations.

  • Communication & Executive Presence: Outstanding diagrammatic (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro), written, and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex process flows simply to both executive leadership and technical delivery teams.

  • Bias for Action & Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes ruthlessly in a high-growth environment, and balances strategic long-term design with pragmatic, phased execution.
