As a rapidly growing startup, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Administrator to join our team and drive our marketing efforts in the addiction treatment sector.

Overview
PursueCare’s Marketing & Communications (MarCom) department plays a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize addiction treatment by using technology to seamlessly deliver comprehensive, judgment-free substance use disorder services via virtual health. The MarCom team develops and executes strategies that promote the PursueCare brand and its services to patients and a wide range of partners, including health insurance plans, hospital systems, walk-in clinics, emergency services, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers.

The Marketing Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the MarCom team. This role focuses on coordinating marketing assets, managing systems and workflows, and assisting in the execution of campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and maintain marketing assets, materials, and calendars to support campaigns and projects.
  • Assist with advertising, email, and social media campaigns (HubSpot setup, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Update and prepare marketing collateral and digital content using templates and brand guidelines.
  • Manage promotional items and vendor coordination, including orders, inventory, and distribution.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events and conferences. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, digital media, or related field.
  • 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience in marketing, communications, or advertising preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or technology-enabled services a plus.

  • Highly organized with strong administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing assets, data, and deliverables.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting team needs.
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented approach.
