This role is for engineers who care deeply about what they build, how they build it — and who it’s for. Maybe you’re already a Tech Lead. Maybe you’re a Senior Engineer who’s been quietly leading from the middle and is ready to step fully into technical leadership. Either way, this is an opportunity to influence real product outcomes and help a small to mid-sized team do the best work of their careers — including your own. You’ll take genuine ownership here. Ownership of feature delivery end-to-end. Ownership of technical standards, architecture, and engineering practices. Ownership of helping others grow, while continuing to sharpen your own skills through peer learning, mentoring, experimentation, and exposure to complex, meaningful problems.You’ll be hands-on where it counts: designing and building features in C#/.NET, guiding technical decisions, and setting the bar for quality. Just as importantly, you’ll help engineers understand why their work matters — how it connects to customer outcomes and delivers real value.

We help organisations and communities come together and stay connected through our suite of mobile apps, management software and giving technology. Our teams of Software Engineers, SRE’s, QA's, UX and Product Managers work closely together to deliver value to our customers as the leading provider of mobile apps and giving technology to churches, schools, and nonprofits.
