The Sales Training & Enablement Specialist is a critical role designed to maximize the performance of our sales team. You will own the execution of our new hire onboarding program and lead ongoing training initiatives to upskill our entire front-book sales organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, a deep understanding of the US faith market, and a passion for coaching others to success. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our sales team has the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively sell Resi's solutions.

Compensation Range: $72,000 - $80,000, depending on location.
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA - All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboarding & Training: Own and execute the comprehensive onboarding program for new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure they are ramped quickly and effectively.
- Content Development: Design, create, and maintain a library of engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and job aids, tailored to our sales process and the US faith market.
- Continuous Learning: Develop and deliver ongoing training programs focused on career development, product knowledge, competitive positioning, and advanced sales skills.
- Performance Support: Provide targeted coaching and support for reps on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), helping them develop the skills needed to succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate product updates and market insights into actionable training content for the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and training effectiveness to identify skill gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Serve as a subject matter expert on our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, DocuSign, Qwilr), providing training and driving adoption of best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Deep knowledge of the US faith market, specifically Protestant churches, including their buying cycles, decision-making processes, and unique needs.
- Contextual understanding of the technical production environments within the US Faith Market
- Proven ability to create compelling and effective training curriculum and content from scratch.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Gap, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Suite preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and Outreach/Salesloft preferred
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to craft messaging that is relevant and compelling to ensure emails and presentations align with buyer pain points and motivations.
- Strong presentation skills in small and large groups
- Strong one-on-one interpersonal skills such as empathy, conflict resolution, patience, adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to listen closely to the sales team to understand the needs and challenges
- Experience administering or creating content within a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a direct contributor sales role such as an SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in a training, coaching, or enablement role involving content creation and delivery.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
