- Partner with engineering teams by sharing user feedback to drive product enhancements.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to coordinate responses to mission-critical incidents and minimize customer impact.
- Note: Active work outside of business hours is not generally required. However, during assigned on-call rotations, availability is required to respond in the event of a critical outage. After completing two on-call weekends, one day of leave will be provided.

- Experience performing root cause analysis and documenting lessons learned from production incidents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments that require creative problem-solving.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with parallel data processing and optimization of Spark jobs.
- Experience developing or supporting production data pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and approachable way.
