We’re looking for a hormone-focused NMD or NP, certified in pellet therapy, who’s seeking a professional, supportive environment to operate their independent practice.

📝 What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed NMD or NP in Arizona

  • Certified in hormone pellet therapy (e.g., BioTE, EvexiPEL, SottoPelle, etc.)

  • Operates under their own LLC or PLLC, and carries malpractice and business liability insurance

  • Experience with bioidentical hormones, thyroid optimization, adrenal support, and longevity medicine

  • Comfortable managing lab workups, hormone consults, and follow-ups

  • Brings or is building their own client base

  • Can operate independently with own scheduling and EMR system (optional shared tools available)

💰 Rent Options:

  • Flat monthly rent OR base + revenue share depending on setup
  • Discounted for part-time or trial basis
