Position Summary 

As a Repair & Service Technician, you'll be on the front lines delivering critical service and repair solutions to our customers. Whether addressing warranty issues or taking on new service calls, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing problems, executing high-quality repairs, and ensuring homeowner satisfaction every step of the way. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Repairs & Warranty Service 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests for past and current jobs 
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on shingle, metal, and flat roof systems
  • Repair or replace roof components such as flashing, valleys, ridges, and pipe boots 
  • Communicate repair findings and scope clearly to customers 

New Service Work 

  • Conduct site assessments and propose small repair scopes for new customers 
  • Install gutters, downspouts, skylights, and chimney flashing as needed 
  • Document work completed and update service tickets with job notes and photos 

Teamwork & Jobsite Excellence 

  • Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to ensure scheduling and materials align 
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, following company and OSHA safety guidelines 
  • Proactively report material needs, safety concerns, or customer issues 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in roofing, service, or residential construction 
  • Proficient with asphalt shingles; working knowledge of metal and flat roofing a plus
  • Comfortable working at heights and on varying roof pitches with safety equipment 
  • Basic carpentry and gutter installation experience 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and work in a physically demanding role 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Schedule 

  • Full-time, typically 40 hours
  • Occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work depending on service needs 

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Estimate of Total Expected Annual Earnings” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.

Where required by law, we also provide a general description of benefits and other forms of compensation offered, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee programs.

$24 - $28 USD
