
Talent Acquisition Advisor
Pzena Investment Management, LLC is a registered investment adviser and broker-dealer managing approximately $70 billion in global equity assets. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for early career-to-senior level hires across the firm, serving as a strategic thought partner to the business in partnership with the CHRO. You will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s approach to hiring by bringing market insight, operational rigor, and a proactive talent strategy to Pzena, a $70B AUM value asset manager.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding for roles across the firm.
- Partner with the CHRO to design and implement proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct outreach, employee referrals, search partners, and campus pipelines.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by setting clear standards and accountability for hiring stages and communication touchpoints.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, emphasizing long-term engagement over reactive hiring.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external search partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring aligned delivery.
- Optimize and manage recruitment technologies including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive efficiency and data integrity.
- Oversee and guide early career and internship recruitment in partnership with HR team members.
Strategic Business Advisor
- Partner directly with leaders to define role requirements, talent profiles, and long-term workforce needs that align with the firm’s strategy.
- Serve as a market intelligence expert, providing hiring managers with insights on competitive talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing feasibility.
- Create and maintain talent market maps to inform succession planning and future hiring strategies.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured, competency-based interviewing and effective candidate evaluation techniques.
- Collaborate with the CHRO to shape the firm's employer brand and articulate a compelling employee value proposition across digital platforms and recruitment campaigns.
- Define and report on key hiring metrics and trends to enable data-informed decisions and share frequent updates with the Executive Committee.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the financial services industry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with professionalism and clarity at all levels
- High integrity and sound judgment; capable of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Resourceful, creative, and energized by building better ways of working
- Strong proficiency in with ATS platforms, Excel, and common HR tools
- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative, proactive mindset

Salary Range: $135,000- $140,000 USD Annually
The actual base salary may vary depending on factors, including, but not limited to location, work experience, education, training, skill level, and market conditions. At Pzena Investment Management, base salary is just one component of the total compensation, which may include, year-end discretionary bonus and employee benefits.
