About Your Role
The Operations Specialist, Product Strategy is a crucial operational role; assisting the Product Strategy Team with various strategic and tactical initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our function. The OS will collaborate closely with the entire team as well as other teams and leaders across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
This role will function as a key resource for process development, metrics review, and operational best practices. In this role, the OS will work closely with the Product Strategy Team to ensure we are creating scale, documenting processes, and driving efficiency within the business.Understand the way QGenda Provider Scheduling is best used today
- Create Board Slides in partnership with the team, necessary for our quarterly board reporting
- Develop/enhance existing dashboards and metrics tracking to ensure the Product Strategy team is able to consistently assess performance of the business lines we manage and uncover areas for improvement
- Create the slides for our Product Alignment meetings and manage getting input/content from the other teams who participate
- Provide support to the team on next steps management around key initiatives that are underway
- Support the team in creating better documentation and scalable processes to increase efficiency
- Help with communication of status around key projects to members of other teams across QGenda
- Provide additional bandwidth to Product Strategy Team members as needed on key projects
Who You Are
- Results-oriented creative problem solving skills
- General project management skills for process alignment and deployment
- Proven ability to interact across organizations to ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders at different levels both internally and externally
- Demonstrate advanced independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving with little to no guidance from management
- Adept at moving quickly between low level execution and high-level strategic technical thinking
- Demonstrate ability to drive team initiatives with limited direction.
- Possess personal drive beyond expectation to provide additional value to the department and company
Experience You Bring
- 3+ years of experience configuring the QGenda platform
- 2+ years of experience building team processes and operational best practices
- Experience/exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem
