About Your Role
As a key member of the QGenda Sales and Marketing team, the Solutions Consultant will be primarily responsible for:
- Providing expert product assistance to the Sales organization
- Owning specific processes on behalf of the Sales and Marketing team
- Implementing and upholding optimal demonstration configurations
- Providing regular training to improve sales organization efficacy and win rate on QGenda Credentialing
- Serving as a point of contact for all matters related to QGenda’s Credentialing solutions demonstration
This person will provide expertise and technical assistance on demonstrations, oversee and provide technical, product-related details for sales and marketing collateral, and provide ongoing sales training. In summary, this individual is responsible for improving the win rate of the QGenda’s Sales and Marketing team on respective products.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the primary demo resource for appointed QGenda products (Credentialing) and Account Executives
- Assist with additional solution demonstrations and products as-needed
- Create and drive deliverables for RFP responses and timelines, including all technical questions
- Provide technical and product expertise for QGenda products, including key integrations with various 3rd parties (Spok, Voalte, etc)
- Contribute to construction and maintenance of playbooks for major product lines
- Provide assistance for finalizing technical and product-specific content used in QGenda presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, web site, social media, etc.
- Assist in configuration and maintenance of Sales Demonstration instances and accounts
- Contribute to and work to optimize robust early stage discovery, enabling more tailored and effective demonstrations
- Implement bespoke QGenda instances for high-value demonstrations utilizing best practices for that specialty and/or specific requirements expressed by prospect
- Assist with facilitation of product, sales, and industry training (weekly “lunch-n-learn”, etc.)
- Contribute to training content
Who You Are
- Excellent project management, collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Client Service, product marketing, or related position
- Previous experience implementing Credentialing solution preferred
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare technology space
- Ability to convert technical details into value statements that can be easily digested by prospects
- Estimated 25% travel, for tradeshows, onsite demonstrations, and other events as required
