About Your Role
The Director of Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, will be responsible for working with the executive team, as well as other leaders to understand and continue to develop QGenda's partnership strategy. You will build and maintain relationships with existing partners and sponsors, and developing strategic partnerships that add value to our business. You will also meet with prospective sponsors, partners, and customers, along with identifying and attending conferences and/or industry events.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct assessment of current partner footprint - integrations, channel partnerships discussed, existing strategic partnerships, etc.
- Set the long-term vision, strategy, and goals for each of our partners
- Develop strategies to communicate, promote and evaluate partnership opportunities on behalf of the organization; including the potential launch of a formal partnership program
- Hold regular check-ins with key partners
- Drive expansion within existing partners and the introduction of new partners for further market penetration and awareness
- Report partner pipeline creation and opportunities to Chief Sales Officer on a monthly basis
- Dedicated joint marketing focus - webinars, conferences, shared content, etc. - with partners
- Better outline of how we work with each type of partner/partner segment - benefits for them, benefits for us, benefits for our customers
- Support the sales team within these partner organizations with the right training and content about QGenda and our products; including shared client success stories
- Create a more formal structure for integration partners - the documentation of how those work, what we expect from them, etc.
- Understand how partners are supporting CX/implementations to ensure those examples are well documented and shared both internally and externally
Who You Are
- Strategic thinking and planning: ability to identify potential partnerships, evaluate their value and develop a plan to establish and grow the partnership
- Relationship building: strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
- Networking: extensive network in relevant industries, ability to make connections and build relationships with potential partners
- Market and industry knowledge: comprehensive understanding of the market and industry trends, ability to identify new partnership opportunities
Experience You Bring
- BA / BS required
- 10+ years of aligned experience in a similar role, building strategic partnerships; ideally running a channel partnerships program
