About Your Role
On our Center of Excellence team, we are seeking individuals who want to establish best practice processes; those who are self-starters, organized, and eager to support the Center of Excellence vision to optimize organizational performance by identifying more effective, efficient, and scalable approaches to support our customers and our employees! We're in search of individuals with a desire to get “into the weeds” and help our internal partners solve complex problems in well-designed ways.
As a member of the Center of Excellence team, you are the process expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. Your goal is to use process and technology to help our internal customers accomplish their business objectives. You will use your analytical skills to understand their needs and find solutions that drive long-term sustainability. You will also create process documentation and assist with training, rollout, and adoption strategies for the processes you support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design process improvements and solutions.
- Document processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Lead initiatives to establish robust process documentation practices.
- Mentor team members in best practices for process design and documentation.
Who You Are
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects with a collaborative approach.
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- 3+ years applicable experience
Not Required, but Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Exposure to Customer Experience processes preferred
