About Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at QGenda, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying and attracting exceptional talent who embody our company’s values and mission. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their specific needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies, tailored to their hiring needs. The ideal candidate is skilled in sourcing, assessing, and interviewing candidates to ensure new hires meet the skill criteria and enrich our company culture. This is a hybrid-working role - candidates must be able to come into the ATL Buckhead office 3x week.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner with hiring managers on high-volume roles across the organization to understand their hiring requirements and develop recruiting plans
- Source and engage candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, professional networks, targeted outreach and employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and potential fit
- Manage the interview process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics and liaising with hiring teams
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS effectively to track candidates, manage hiring workflows and generate insightful reports
- Advocate for our employer brand by developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Who You Are
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through to offer acceptance
- Able to evaluate candidates for skills and potential organization impact
- Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Efficiently manage multiple interview processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective communication between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle recruiting position as a talent acquisition partner/specialist, recruiter or similar role
- Proficient using applicant tracking systems
Not Required, But Nice to Have
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Experience recruiting for high-volume/evergreen reqs, Customer Experience or Professional Services positions, technical roles
