You’ll help establish best practices, streamline development workflows, and guide your team through complex projects. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about both building software and building great teams.

- Performance Management: Conduct regular one-on-ones, provide feedback, and support your team in achieving their professional goals. Set clear expectations for individual performance and provide guidance on overcoming challenges.
- Team Culture & Morale: Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Encourage knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Process Improvement: Help optimize team workflows and development processes to improve productivity and reduce friction. Lead efforts to streamline sprint planning, development cycles, and deployment practices.
