About Your Role 

The Content Marketing role is primarily responsible for customer advocacy, social media, content management, and website optimization. This individual will develop and execute a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and promote our company's online presence by creating content, monitoring interactions, analyzing data, and running acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, while maintaining brand voice and staying updated on social media trends. Customer advocacy will include capturing the voice of the customer within customer stories, speaking abstracts and awards applications. A focus on content development and management will help to ensure the QGenda website is optimized for SEO/AEO and accurately reflects brand, solution, and product messaging.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Customer Advocacy

  • Program Development and Expansion: Develop and manage a comprehensive customer advocacy program that includes identifying and nurturing advocates, building strong relationships, and leveraging their success stories. Develop, implement, and measure programs to ensure advocates remain engaged 
  • Customer Stories: Build scalable programs that turn customer experiences into compelling stories, evidence, and content for marketing and sales. Identify and coordinate the development and approval of customer testimonials, videos, and case studies. Capture measurable outcomes and quotes and manage logo approvals. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote these assets across various channels, including website, social media, events, and sales materials.
  • Speakers Bureau and Awards: Build and maintain a speakers bureau for QGenda executives, subject-matter experts, and customers. Expand QGenda’s industry presence by researching and identifying speaking opportunities, awards, and other visibility programs. Develop abstracts and submission materials; coordinate internal stakeholders; and track results to understand which opportunities create the greatest impact.
  • Program Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the customer advocacy program; regularly report on program performance, customer engagement levels, and the impact on business objectives.

Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Strategy: Develop social media strategy and communications goals; create and manage social media and thought leadership campaigns that elevate QGenda’s expertise, strengthen executive and subject-matter-expert visibility, and support business priorities.
  • Content Development: Manage the editorial calendar, create engaging content, and build a library of evergreen assets. Draft posts and build supporting content, including videos and infographics, to achieve specific marketing and communications goals. Work with other marketing team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Quarterly analysis: Grow engagement with targeted audience (LinkedIn). Test new approaches, and use performance insights to improve reach and engagement.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement

Digital Experience Optimization 

  • Content Management: Manage and continuously improve the online Resource Center and other website content to make it easier for prospects and customers to find and engage with valuable information. Use SEO, AEO, engagement data, and market insights to identify gaps and recommend content updates across the entire website. Ensure website content is optimized to support brand, solution, and product messaging.
  • Content Development: Develop blogs and other web content to support demand generation and thought leadership. 
  • Strengthen Content Access: Help create a more strategic, insight-driven content ecosystem within the Seismic sales enablement and content management system. Improve content organization, searchability, and usability; monitor how customer-facing content is used; gather feedback from Sales and other teams; and recommend content to create, refresh, consolidate, or retire based on business needs and performance.
  • Measure Impact and Identify New Opportunities: Establish clear goals and success measures for assigned programs, report on performance, and translate results into recommendations. Stay current on content, social, advocacy, SEO, and B2B marketing trends to identify creative ways to increase engagement, support pipeline, and strengthen QGenda’s market presence.
  • Partner Across the Business: Track and share industry stats and news. Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, and subject-matter experts to turn business priorities into coordinated programs and content. Build strong relationships, bring forward new ideas, and take ownership of projects from strategy through execution and optimization.

Experience You Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5-7 years of content marketing and/or marketing communications experience required, along with experience as a social media manager or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn; familiarity with Sprout Social (or related platform) is a plus
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO/AEO
  • Experience with buyer persona and audience research
  • Experience working with a healthcare IT company
  • Self-motivated and works with limited direction
  • Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details
  • Team player
  • Strong leadership skills

Up to 10% travel mainly for events
