About the Role

In this integral role of Renewal Specialist, you will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader and be responsible for supporting operations and managing various media contracts, licenses and warranties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute workflows to capture, manage and track support contracts, licensing and warranties.
• Leverage information gathered and maintained to generate revenue and identify opportunities for Sales.
• Work with Director of Operations on companywide process improvements
• Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Maintain a strong internal relationship with Sales, MIS and Marketing.
• Assist Sales with Opportunities where applicable.
• Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
• Motivated, ambitious, and interested in working directly with colleagues to overcome challenges.
• Passion for building relationships and creative problem solving.
• Proactive and responsible approach to sales and operations with great attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English due to clients outside Quebec.
• Ability to demonstrate resilience in adverse situations.
• Ability to prioritize requests to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
