This Role: 

In this integral role of Renewal Specialist, you will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader and be responsible for supporting operations and managing various media contracts, licenses and warranties.

Key Responsabilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on workflows to capture, manage and track subscriptions, licensing agreements and warranties.
  • Work with the Renewals Team Lead to resolve workflow challenges and improve processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service within the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships, and work with channel partners to obtain renewal quotes on behalf of internal sales teams.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of all quotes, ensuring information is correct before passing it on to the sales team.
  • Manage the invoicing process for cloud-based subscriptions and licenses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications :

College degree (DEC) or equivalent.

  •  2-4 years of experience in sales support (technology sector preferred).
  • Experience with subscription management systems.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and interested in working directly with colleagues to overcome challenges.
  • Passion for relationship building and creative problem-solving.
  • A proactive, responsible approach to sales and operations with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
  • Ability to prioritize requests to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
