Renewals Specialist - Kitchener

About the job:

In this integral role of Renewal Specialist, you will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader and be responsible for supporting operations and managing various media contracts, licenses and warranties.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and execute workflows to capture, manage and track support contracts, licensing and warranties.
2. Leverage information gathered and maintained to generate revenue and identify opportunities for Sales.
3. Work with Director of Operations on companywide process improvements
4. Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
5. Maintain a strong internal relationship with Sales, MIS and Marketing.
6. Assist Sales with Opportunities where applicable.
7. Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
