This Role:

Quadbridge is looking for a Buyer to join our Operations team. This is a vital position as it supports the sales team. For these reasons, we're looking for someone who's bright, resourceful, conscientious and enjoys collaborating with peers.

Responsibilities:

1. Place Purchase Orders for Sales Orders with our Distribution Partners
2. Submit deal registrations upon account manager request.
3. Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies to ensure order accuracy.
4. Manage and Maintain a backorder report including ETA, Serial and Tracking entry.
5. Find alternative distribution stock for backorder items to ship product sooner.
6. Receive RMA requests and coordinate with Vendors and Customers on their returns.
7. Maintain and update the RMA report for companywide visibility.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing environment.
• Experience in IT industry - a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – English & French due to customers outside the province of Quebec.
• Organizational, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a structured yet fluid team environment.
• Training is provided, with a team-based approach to learning.
