About the Role
This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locations
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and audits
- Organize warehouse stock by designated locations and maintain clear labeling standards
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Assemble and prepare customer kits or equipment packages according to documented requirements
- Support imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when required
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standards
- Assist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions)
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational, logistics, and technical requirements
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materials
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an asset
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse equipment safely
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory management systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handling
- Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory audits
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site warehouse environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Full-time, permanent, In-office
$55,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus
