About the Role 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on professional to join our team as a Warehouse Technician, responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, tracking, preparing, and shipping inventory. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and supporting operational and technical requirements in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.

This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locations 
  • Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and audits 
  • Organize warehouse stock by designated locations and maintain clear labeling standards 
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records 
  • Assemble and prepare customer kits or equipment packages according to documented requirements 
  • Support imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when required 
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standards 
  • Assist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions) 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational, logistics, and technical requirements 
  • Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materials 

 

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an asset 
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse equipment safely 
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory management systems 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 
  • Experience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handling 
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory audits 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site warehouse environment 
Nice-to-have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Full-time, permanent, In-office

Salary Range:
$55,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus
