Associate (Summer 2025 Hire)

We use mixed methodology market research to form recommendations, advising top executives on communications and brand strategy to help them grow revenue, reclaim market share, advance their public policy interests, and navigate through some of the world’s highest profile corporate crises. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal Associate candidate is highly motivated, nimble, takes initiative, and is excited to learn. Our Associates work on client engagements for organizations across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to technology, healthcare, finance and entertainment. Through this work, associates will quickly learn to independently manage projects and be a part of interacting with and advising clients directly, a unique opportunity for those in early career positions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design and execution of client engagements, including drafting proposals, research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients
- Develop, implement and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies
- Assist in developing communication strategies and recommendations based on custom research
- Participate in project management by engaging with internal and external stakeholders on project logistics
- Effectively take direction and excel at task management in a timely and accurate manner
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, or work equivalent in a related and/or transferable field
- Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) suites
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for learning

COMPENSATION
- $65,000-$75,000 annually
- Annual opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Quadrant Strategies was founded in 2015. We have offices in the United States (Washington, DC, New York City, Dallas), the United Kingdom (London) and Republic of Serbia (Belgrade). Employees may request to work from any of our offices, pending approval based on need and office availability. Our offices are open on a hybrid work model, with employees working in-office at least three days a week.
