  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and marketing attribution models to ensure a seamless handoff of high-quality leads from Marketing to Sales.
  • Oversee core sales operations functions, including territory design and management, revenue and sales planning, and rules of engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire funnel, from marketing campaign performance to sales pipeline health and forecasting, including the QBR, MBR, and forecasting motion.
  • Champion data integrity within our systems through process improvements, data governance policies, and enablement for the GTM teams.
  • Proactively identify and lead projects to streamline processes, improve system workflows, and enhance the overall productivity of the sales and marketing teams.

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 5−7 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations role, with at least 1−2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of operations professionals.
  • Deep expertise in sales and marketing funnel management, lead lifecycle, and GTM processes, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and hands-on experience with a major Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
